Skooma! It wasn't in Oblivion, just Morrowind, but Skooma hell yes! Basically just amphetamines but whatever.

Definitely Psycho from Fallout 3.

Though i would more likely be trying to figure out how it is weightless rather than taking it.

Wow, the same thing happened to me. I honestly thought for a minute that I was just freaking out. Great sequence, high or not, especially the inverted portion.

However if I was going to do video game drugs it would have to be the leaves from Super Mario 3. Damn that would be trippy, growing ears and a tail and flying around.
