I'd have to say a medieval German warhammer (pick on one end, hammer on the other) for hand to hand weapons. Or a tomahawk.

Guns? In real life I dig AK-47s, they're fucking indestructible (as long as they aren't knock offs). From games? The Cerebral Bore from Turok. "AHHHH HAHAHAHAHA! Long distance brain surgeon *****! Eat it!"

I might say that the MP-40 has served me well in every world war two game.

I like Halberds, Glaives, Lances, Battle axes and rapiers. Guns are for wusses.

and Im said be specific which means names of things such as M4A1 or the specific name of your favorite glaive

except for battle axe, he was being pretty specific, there are very few, if any legendary weapons in those categories, or even styles of weapon.

my favorite weapon is my combo sniper/grenade launcher/chainsaw/mass driver/spiked thing/laser targeting system/M-60
there are 1000 ways i can kill you, and each of them hurts worse then the last

The only legendary polearms I can think of are Gungir, Longinus and Brionac and I don't think the legends specify what type of polearm those are.

Longinus is a lance. The fabled "Spear of Destiny" that pierced Jesus. Gungnir is the spear used by Odin. Not sure about Brioniac.

Brionac is a self wielding spear from Irish mythology owned by the god Lugh. It apparently would fight on its own only stopping if its head was steeped in a opium. It would light on fire while stabbing people too. I guess you could have it in conjunction with any other weapon so long as you have opium handy for when you want to stop killing things.
