I love the contemplativeness of Copper [http://www.boltcity.com/copper/], and for pure weirdness I can't get enough of A Lesson is Learned [http://www.alessonislearned.com/], though both of these I think are on a kind of permanent hiatus at the moment. Same thing with Perry Bible Fellowship [http://pbfcomics.com/]. So, I guess the one that is my favorite that still posts new comics would have to be Achewood [http://www.achewood.com]. Of course, I won't get in to some of the annoying stuff he's been doing lately, but a lot of the comics are still good.

And of course Toothpaste for Dinner [http://www.toothpastefordinner.com].

I regularly read XKCD and Questionable Content. Beyond that just random stuff from time to time. Used to read Cyanide and Happiness but stopped over the summer... it just got repetitive.

VG cats, it's the only webcomic that I've ever actually read. Although they take forever to update.

Cyanide and Happiness. If you don't know what it is, GO LOOK NOW!
This. I have read through all of them almost twice, the Depressing Weeks are the best thing ever!

I've got to go with Concerned. That series made me laugh more than a lot of professional comics have.

xkcd
Questionable Content
Penny Arcade
Devil's Panties
Order of the Stick
MS Paint Adventures

These are my top ones but I read a few others, but these always entertain me. You can basically pick these up anytime, but I highly recommend reading the archives for all but xkcd and Penny Arcade. You'll get the jokes better (Oots has the shortest archive right now).

I guess... VG Cats?
Other comics I enjoy: 8 bit Theatre, Penny Arcade, The Slackerz, XKCD, Explosm, and Chainsaw Suit.

VG Cats.
The only problem I see with it is the fact that it takes so long for Scott to make a new comic.
This pretty much nocks out VG Cats.
Penny Arcade has too many hit and miss moments.

X to the K to the C to the D ties with The Saturday Morning Breakfast Cartoon. The first is awesome 3 days a week. However SMC gives entertainment every day but isnt necessarily gold each time.

Waaay back when I wasn't f**king sick of Sonic, I used to read a sprite comic called That's My Sonic, which made all of the charcters either moronic douchebags who swore a lot & had no idea what the hell was going on around them. It was awesome.

My current fav webcomic is "Miss Dynamite."

Looking in my list of comics brings up the usual suspects of xkcd, cyanide and happiness and vg cats. Also in the list is the book of biff as well as the now finished ozzy and millie.
