I rewatched almost all of the episodes in a row a couple of weeks ago and the funniest one is mailbag showdown. But since it's not technically a review, I'll vote for Sims 3 or Duke Nukem Forever. And because Sims 3 actually exists, it gets my final vote.

I always liked the Metal Gear solid 4 Review, which is a bit odd because I ended up getting the game a bit after the review, and rather enjoyed it, perhaps because I was more properly prepared for the laughably inane plot.
