So your favourite accent? What and why? And your least favourite, if you wanna.
*would've made this a poll but there are too many possibilities.

Favourite:
Spanish... no words can describe the sexiness of that accent

Unfavouritest:
Australian Greek and Italian - just don't like

Irish. But that could be because it reminds me of my great grandparents.
My least favorite is listening to other people fake American. I know we sound awful, you don't need to rub it in my face.

Favorite: "accentless" American English. (If it must be foreign, probably Spanish for women, British for men.)
Least Favorite: Southern Drawl.

You really can't just say a single country to focus on an accent, they vary in individual countries. Perhaps not as much as the US in many (since the US is after all a combination of all of those accents over time), but still there is quite a bit of variation.

A Hermit's Cave
Favorite: uh... don't really have one... plain old English RP, probably (Eire, otherwise)
Least favorite: used to be States southern drawl, but I don't mind it much now, so I'd have to go for Spanish.

British, not cockney, though, because you can say near anything and it will sound like audio gold.

Definitely Irish; it just sounds so interesting while being light-hearted to boot. I wish my family's Irish accent didn't die out a couple generations ago, as even at a ripe old age of 101, my great-grandfather's voice was heavily accented, and he sounded awesome.

Favorite: Midwestern U.S.(incredibly neutral, very hard to find because it's dying out, impossible to duplicate, and I have it)

Close second: Italian (sounds really relaxed, even when the person is angry)

Shropshire (a county in England) accent.

It doesnt really exist much at all, the only 2 people I know who have a strong Shropsire sounding accent are 2 farmer brothers who are about 70 and have lived in the same area their whole lives.

Its great, it sounds like a mix of Welsh, West country and a bit of midlands, and I can barely understand a word they say :)

It's around, but a lot more diluted in other people, and most from Shropsire (me included) dont sound like it at all.

I also like the Italian accent, I cant explain why, it jsut sounds nice to me :)

I've got a Canadian friend, I don't want this to sound weird but it's like his voice is having sex with my ears.
