My absolute favourite is Baccano!, because... well, just go watch it.
Runners up are:
- The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, for being absolutely hilarious and having one of the best subtle romances ever
- Full Metal Alchemist: Brotherhood, for being 'epic' in the truest sense of the word
- Black Lagoon, for balancing an insane amount of kinetic energy with just enough character development to make you give a damn
- Welcome to the N.H.K., for being brutally honest and at the same time disarmingly sweet and funny
- Neon Genesis Evangelion (new addition!), now that I've (finally) been able to reconcile the ending to myself.

allot I,m cureently watching Mobile Fighter G Gundam WITH THE HELP OF KYOJI! although I also like Gundam 0080: War In The Pocket and Gundam the 08th MS team I also like Patlabor

I'll say Kuroshitsuji, Wolf's Rain, Rurouni Kenshin and Fruits Basket. I love them all. Umineko no naku Koro Ni was awesome too.

I prefer manga to anime, though I will not give a big rant why (unabridged storylines, original unchanged everything else, etc). See that was short. I would say Naruto because of the fights but half the time it's just Naruto saying either "BELIEVE IT" or "I'M GONNA SAVE SASUKE".
