No one else has mentioned the ale! If there's one thing our cruddy country does well it's that... and crappy politicians...

Top Hats.
As a matter of fact, I'm wearing one now. Not a fake, plastic-y, new one, but a really old one, at least 100 years old. Probably more.
I have my Great Great Grandfather's old top hat in the room next to mine; it's a good 150 or so years old!

I love my hat.

I'm Norwegian, but I really want to move to either England or Scotland at a time.
My favourite British thing is either Jeremy Clarkson, lewism247, Scottish accents, Aston Martin or British comedy.

:)

I'd say Doctor Who, the humour and the science. Oh, and the accents. They're so much easier on the ears than American ones.

Longbows.

McVities HobNobs.

Hovis biscuits, the ones that are sort of slice-of-bread shaped.

A range of beers. I know we didn't invent beer, beer having been invented before the Celts kicked the Picts out, never mind the more recent lots like the Romans, Angles, Saxons, Danes and Norse, but we have invented our own beers and some of them are good.

Bournville chocolate ... at least until Kraft change the recipe and ruin it.

Hovercraft? That was a British invention. DeHavilland Mosquito, Spitfire, the bouncing bomb? Parliamentary democracy? The discovery of DNA?

Overall ... probably the HobNobs.

Enter Shikari, The Brits in Modern Warfare 1 and 2, and Blur (the game, not the band. Bizzare creations is British. I think.)
