I'm a big cheese lover, and enjoy all kinds from the subtle-flavoured to the powerful. My favourites are probably either blue cheese or Guinness cheese (yes, THAT Guinness).

What is yours?

I like me some of that Mediterranean white cheese.

Goes great with warm toasted bread or in a salad.

Ahh, I can't remember the name, but it's a bite sized cheese wheel wrapped in red wax. I always used to pretend the wax was a little red Pac-Man after I ate the cheese.

I'm a big fan of Mozarella with everything. But I do like Camembert, Brie and a few others. Blue vein has never been able to win me over.

I think you're thinking Baby Bells.

Me: aged cheddar, preferably in the 3-5 year range.

Mozza is good, but only when it is with something.
For me it's Cheddar on it's own, but Velveeta is pretty divine in cooking.

Wensleydale. With cranberries. It's so delicious I keep eating it even though it makes me feel so middle-class I want to stab myself in the eye with a fork.
Makes you feel middle class...?

I prefer provolone or muenster, though a fine aged swiss can be amazing.
