Oblivion, a grand old RPG (opinion, of course) well known for having billions of mods (or there abouts). Are there any Oblivion players out there? And if so, do you use mods? And if so, which are the bestest, most amazingest mods you've come across?

This thread is intended to provide healthy discussion of beloved mods, as well as the dark, ulterior motive of me seeing if there are any mods out there I've missed ;)

Well I have the game on the 360 so no mods for me *sniffle*, but I did see one absolutely amazing one which recreated all of Vvardenfel from Morrowind. I think the makers got a cease and decist order though, as it breached copy-right laws or something like that.

There were two mods great for a thief character, Thieves Arsenal and Thievery in the Imperial City. The former added a bunch of weapons from the thief series (blackjack to knock opponents out, rope arrows, etc), and the latter added a new fence who provided a lot of fun thieving opportunities.

There was another mod, forget the name, but it added an island made for pirates. It let you buy your own ship, get a crew, and attack merchant ships for loot.

I loved the thief mods mentioned above but I also liked, book jackets (which gave every book its own cover), darnfied UI (which changed the UI from the bulky console UI to a slim PC one), The Gates of Asgard is a good quest mod, Deadly Reflexes adds beheading etc, The lost spires is another awesome quest, The Bravil Makeover Mod, Midas Spells of Aurom (you have to see it to believe it) and lets not forget Oscuros Oblivion Overhaul, which adds new factions, quest, items and changes the whole leveling thing so enemies and monsters dont level up with you.

Sorry if this post is a bit of a mess, I got excited ; )

The nu*SLAP*- Bad Lios.

The Spirals and Ruined-Tail's Tale are my two favorite story-mods.

There's also a music pack, simply labeled Music Pack (1through4) containing a lot of good music.

Who here replaces some of their in-game music with fitting final fantasy music?

Look for the Malevolent mod. It continues the story past the main quest. Best story-mod ever.
