List as many as you like, link as many as you like, I'd only like to list one, that being My Third House by Kings Of Leon.

Well, a list would go on for fucking ever, but I can pick one that stands strong for me always, for time immemorial. It is the crowning moment of human creation.

It makes me giddy with joy everytime I hear it. Musical perfection, man. Embrace it.

My two favorites are The Longest Journey by Ensiferum (I don't think you can get more epic than that) and Ai To Kanashimi No Nocturne by Versailles. Pure pleasure.

I have loads of songs that I love to listen to. Here are my current favourites:

Sherlocked from the season two of the Sherlock soundtrack

I find it really emotive, and it helps that A scandal in belgravia is one of my favourite Sherlock episodes. I can't wait for season three to start.

I also love the opening theme to Black butler as well:

I can also happily listen to the entire EP from MOON, but my favourite track of theirs has to be Crystals. Hotline Miami has one of the best, and catchiest soundtracks I have heard in a game:

Most of the time, I listen to various different kinds of metal. But, despite this, my favorite song of all time would without question be this masterpiece.

Metal, 24/7 is my modus operandi, and Manowar is my main port of call.

Well, my favourite song would be Black Sabbath's Sabbra Cadabra, as it always puts a big smile on my face:

One of my favourite songs to head bang to would be Kataklysm's As I Slither:

Favourite song from my favourite band would be Nevermore's Garden of Gray:

Favourite song to listen to in most occasions would be Neonfly's Broken Wings:

Favourite song to see live would be Kreator's Enemy of God:

Favourite song to have on in the background would be Dethklok's Murmaider:

There are many more... But I'll probably keep to these for now... Save making too big a post...

For me the greatest song of all time will always be won't get fooled again by the who. Just 4 of the greatest musicians who ever lived, rocking out with every fibre of their beings.

And if I'm in a more chilled out mood, if you want to sing out by cat stevens has a special place in my heart.

Oh there are so many and it's always so difficult to pick a favorite.

I suppose I'll just supply a few different moods.
(btw I like to lean towards instrumentals more.)

Here's six:

Marunouchi Sadistic by Shiina Ringo:

Soft Machine by COIL

Ride On Shooting Star by The Pillows:

and Maigoinu To Ame No Beat by Asian Kung-fu Generation:

Noudouteki Sanpunkan by Tokyo Jihen:
(This is the only video on youtube I can find that plays it. Hope you're not bothered by men's fashion. Starts at 0:43, ends at 3:43)
Although there's also a live video:

Killer Tune, also by Tokyo Jihen:

There really isn't a lot of Tokyo Jihen videos on youtube, unfortunately (that isn't a cover.) But you can hear it here.

The only Kate Bush song I love: Suspended in Gaffa.

Manic insanity. If a pack of wolves was chasing me while I was listening to this song, I'd still be smiling.

It's a dead heat between I Am the Doctor (the 11th Doctor's theme) and the Halo Theme - Mjolnir Mix (Halo 2 theme). Two very good instrumental tracks with enough variety within them to not just feel like a loop, plus they symbolize particularly epic moments from their respective series (both of which I love, which doesn't hurt, either - there's a certain nostalgia/familiarity factor there).

Instrumental songs just seem to have more staying power for me than ones with lyrics - maybe it's because when I play a song over and over (which happens often with songs I like), the words get ingrained in my head and I lose a certain sense of...anticipation. Or something. There are plenty of lyrical songs I like a lot, but they tend to shuffle around on the list of favorites at will. (My top pick among them right now is probably The Future Soon, by Jonathan Coulton, but it's a close race with a bunch of other songs.)

Too many to pick only one. Also, while I'm reasonably certain that most know my stuff by now, here are some of my favourites regardless

Special mention also goes to,

because that song is the most likely candidate I'd pick for my number one spot.

Hmm, a tough one because I listen to way to much music and I love it all.
Ya'know what? I'm just going to list my favorite song from some of my favorite artists.
Well keeping it small failed miserably.
