Seriously though I think it would suck to be anything but a human, preferably one of similar size and stature to my natural self. I think "more badass/attractive version of myself" would be as far as I would go.

I thought wolf because of having grown up with a pack of dogs for company, and all that jazz. I plan on hand rearing a couple of wolf cubs because I have an affinity for that sort of animal.

For me it's a very personal thing. I meditate, ALOT, and when i need answers, quiet my head, or just need a break...I astral travel. I won't get into specifics, but it starts and a visualization, and the deeper the meditation, the more "real" it feels in your mind. I have never touched a wolf in real life, but i know what one feels like. I used to astral travel a ton after my grandmother died. We used to sit on the front porch of her old house in northern iowa in the autumn and chat. I show her my newest art (she's always been my biggest fan), and she'd correct my grammar (English teacher for decades). It's mainly a way for me to forget about my problems, I can be "perfect".

Thanks for taking the time to explain that to me, i was genuinly intrested apologies if it came across in an ass hatish way. Intresting indeed, it seems we all have methoads of coping and getting on with shizzle. Mine tend to be in the form of a more herbal variety shall we say.

Still i learnt something new today.

My final form, well I'd go with me, only not a twisted monstrosity on the inside, how's that? Of course that's more of an emotional transformation than a physical one, but it's one of the only things I would want to transform, I'm good looking already, and I'm a fairly powerful being in my own right, just, it kinda sucks having to deal with the mental/emotional tornado I got going on most of the time, it only ever goes away when I'm meditating, fighting, or high, and I work two jobs, customer service jobs... can't be meditating or high at work... well shouldn't be high at work.. heh

My final form would be able to boost my physical power, movement speed and reaction times by going in a rage/insanity trip. Would probably have some physical and mental side effects when it wears off though.
