Commodore 64: Jumpman JR (to this day one my favorite games)
Atari: River Raid
NES - Super Mario Bros
SNES - Super Mario World
Genesis - Madden (not sure what year...94 maybe)
Nintendo 64 - Super Mario 64
Playstation - Resident Evil
Playstation 2 - Tekken or some other similar 3D fighter which I hated at the time.
Gamecube - Mario Sunshine
Xbox - Rock Band
Nintendo DS - Advanced Wars 2 (I realize this isn't a DS title but it's the first game I bought for my DS as I had never had a portal system before. I think my first actual DS game was New Super Mario Bros).
Xbox 360 - Ninja Gaiden 2 (I think...one of the Ninja Gaidens)
Wii - Wii Sports
PS3 - Rock Band
PC: Scorched Earth

PC: Zork
NES: Super Mario Bros / Duck Hunt
Atari: Asteroids
Sega Genesis: Sonic the Hedgehog
SNES: Donkey Kong Country (and, coincidentally, this was also the first game I was in a tourney for)
Gamegear: Jurassic Park
Gameboy: Kirby's Dream Land
Return to PC: Doom / Lode Runner: The Legend Returns (I'd played both at the same time, can't remember which was first)
N64: Goldeneye 64
Dreamcast: Sonic Adventure
Gamecube: Star Wars: Rogue Squadron 2
Xbox: Halo: Combat Evolved
Steam: Half-Life
Wii: Wii Sports
Xbox 360: Crackdown
Playstation 3: Killzone
Origin: Battlefield 3
Uplay: Splinter Cell: Conviction
WiiU: ZombiU
Xbox One: Killer Instinct
Playstation 4: Infamous: Second Son

I purposefully left out a number of other consoles, handhelds, and systems because I couldn't quite remember which specific games I'd played on them first.

Limiting this to consoles only as I can't possibly recall PC-like platforms.
And yes, I pretty much skipped the entirety of consoledom between the SNES and the PS3.

NES - Super Mario Bros. (first bought loose: A Boy and His Blob)
Gameboy - Tetris (first bought loose: Super Mario Land)
SNES - Super Mario All-Stars (first bought loose: Zelda A Link to the Past)
Playstation 3 - Heavy Rain
PSP - Little Big Planet (PSP)
PS Vita - Rayman Legends
Playstation 4 - Assassin's Creed IV

Hm. Well, I can only dredge forth vague memories of the Atari age, despite knowing that I did spend an awful lot of time with one. So we'll skip that. I'm also pretty certain my older sibling drafted me into matches for multiplayer before I got my hands on their consoles, but I'm not going to bother sorting that out so I'll be falling back on the ones I remember doing on my own.

PC - Mechwarrior 2: 31st Century Combat
PlayStation 1 - Soul Edge
Dreamcast - Sonic Adventure
SNES - Super Metroid
N64 - Killer Instinct Gold
Gameboy Original - Cosmo Tank
GameBoy Pocket - Pokemon Red
GameBoy Advance - Metroid Fusion
GameCube - P.N.03 or Metroid Prime, I can't recall.
Genesis - Cyborg Justice
Nexus 5 - Chrono Trigger (Android Port)

Wii - Wii Sports. Don't lie, everyone played that first. But in terms of actual games, Twilight Princess.

PlayStations 2&3, I'm pretty sure would be Resident Evil.. 4's? Mercenary mode? The multiplayer thing. I've never owned either, but a friend does, and I don't remember ever doing a different game on their consoles. I think we did something on a PS4, but I can't recall what it was. Same goes for the XBox line of consoles, though I'm pretty sure I got conned into trying Mech Assault at some point, which in and of itself is something I deeply regret to this day.

PSOne: Spyro 2: Gateway To Glimmer - Still one of my favorite games of all time. Didn't even have a memory card for the first few weeks, didn't care.
PS2: Spyro: Enter The Dragonfly - I thought lightning would strike twice, I was wrong, dead wrong (I actually bought this turd before I even had the console).
Urgh how horrible. Enter the Dragonfly is still the most disappointing game I've ever played, can't imagine I can't imagine what it was like to buy it before the console. For what its worth, Spyro 1 and 3 are still worth checking out in the PSN store.

I actually don't remember most of mine, so here's the ones I do:

NES: Mario/Duck Hunt pack in.
Game Boy: Tetris.
SNES: Super Mario World.
Genesis: NBA Live (year here). I got mine a couple years late and this was on sale or something. I'd played the Sonics and the like.

I guess that's when they stopped being special to me. I remember my first PSP game was a digital freebie, my first Vita game was Ninja Gaiden Sigma whatever (technically, any of a number of PS+ "freebies") aaaaand, that about it.

I think it's because I'm more drawn to my favourites of a generation, rather than what I got first. For the N64, what I equate it with is the glut of pro wrestling games, mostly No Mercy. For Gamecube, it was Skies of Arcadia. But that's not the point of the list here, so I won't go on. Just giving a couple examples because that's what I think of.

Let's give this a go I suppose.

NES: Super Mario Bros/Duck Hunt (retro buy)
SNES: Super Mario All Stars (retro buy)
N64: Donkey Kong 64 (retro buy)
Gamecube: Pokemon Colosseum
Wii: Twilight Princess (not including wii sport)

Master System: Alex Kidd in Miracle World
Sega Megadrive(UK FTW!): Sonic The Hedgehog 2
Sega CD: Sonic CD (retro buy)
Sega Saturn: Croc Legend of the Gobbos (retro buy)
Sega Dreamcast: Sonic Adventure (retro buy)

Playstation: Crash Bandicoot
Playstation 2: Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers
Playstation 3: Uncharted Drake's Fortune

Xbox: Halo Combat Evolved
Xbox 360: N3 ninety nine nights

gameboy: Super Mario Land
gameboy colour: Robot Wars (retro buy)
gameboy advanced: Pokemon Ruby
Nintendo DS: Splinter Cell Chaos Theory
Nintendo 3DS: Shinobi

Sega Gamegear: Space Harrier (retro buy)

I put retro buy on anything that I bought years after it came out as part of my collection as opposed to something I bought near to release because it was current gen and I wanted one. I think I actually have a quite varied list here, diffirent genres for the most part but as expected there is a lot of platformers.
