I can find no information on a 5200 game that played like that, but there was a 2600 game called Commando Raid [http://www.atariage.com/software_page.html?SoftwareLabelID=98] that had that style of gameplay.Vek said:Dunno the name, but you shot paratroopers from ground defese turrets. It was an Atari 5200 game.
Keen was the win! I have yet to play another series with that kind of feeling of awesomeness.nerdsamwich said:You people make me feel so old. mine was the Commander Keen trilogy. At the time, it was the hot new thing. *sigh*
I got that game for my 11th birthday, and it was the first game I owned properly. I didn't even have a PSOne, had to settle for playing it whenever I stayed at my mum's. I bought it back a few years later when I got a PS2, and still love it. That stupid lab level near the end took me longest to beat, closely followed by the Slippery Climb level. Cripes, that was hard.dmase said:Crash Bandicoot on Playstation i was never able to beat it because i was like 5 when we got it but it was still awesome. I also remeber complaining at that age that i didn't want a playstation and that i wanted what my cousin had a super nintendo, I am so glad i stayed with playstation and i will never leave you sonny never.
