First game I ever played at any great length was Mario 64.

I just bought it again recently. I'm having too much fun.

In the beginning there was Marathon, and it was good. Then came Halo, and it was okay enough, if you like that sorta thing.

I can't remember the name of it, but it was this awesome "survival" game on the Commadore 64. Used text-based commands to get stickmen to make a shelter and survive the elements. Was strangely enthralling as a kid.

Might have to see if I can track down what it was called, and if someone's got it emulated...

You kids today, with your Legendary Dogs, and your Berries, and your Rayquazas...back in my day, there was only ONE bike! It went at a perfectly good speed, and we were happy with it! We didn't need it to do bunny hops or move superfast orrrzzzzzzz

I never actually used the bunny hop. I actually just needed the bike to move from place to place. The Legendaries, well look at Diamond, see how much they got. I only got (Forgot the name) that i needed.

my grandfather bought this small machine he hooked up to his TV, you could play like 5 versions of Pong on it and he let me and my Sister play against eachother. i also experienced controller rage that day for the first time.
