I can't remember what the problem was but considering I stopped checking after about a day I would imagine so.

It was intended to be a thoughtful discussion about where the average person believes the line that separated making a copy and actual piracy was. What it ended up being was a bunch of people saying "piracy is piracy and there is nothing to discuss". Not very enlightening. A total of 12 posts (including 3 from me) and 26 poll responses. I was very disappointed as I spent a long time on it and expected it to get a lot of responses as piracy is always a hot topic. Kinda puts me off of making topics.
