I actually remember playing Prince of persia (the first one on PC)... I even remember my dad buying a new computer and asking specifically if it could run the game. I had already played games before that one but PoP was the one that made me turn into a gamer, I was 6 years old back then... god I'm old!

Pokemon Red. I wuvved my Squirtle...
Heresy! We must all bow down to the cuteness that is Charmander.
Squirrels>Lizards>Weird leafy things
Squirtle is a turtle...

He's mainly squirrel to me. T^T

I thought the Squir- part of his name was a play on words to imply that he was a turtle that squirts water...

And I also figured that his tail was just a representation of like waves or something.
Huh...that makes sense...

My very first games were Reader Rabbit and Mother Goose games. Mother Goose was made by Sierra... It was pretty fun. Back then.

My parents bought me a Gameboy Pocket a loooong time ago (1995ish?) with Super Mario Land, Super Mario Land 3: Wario Land, and I think a Terminater game.

I sucked at those games... Didn't play it much till my brain developed more. But I used to watch my dad play. What cut it more for me was Lego.

And it was Lego that got me into gaming. Lego Island and Lego Rock Raiders. Two frakking awesome games. I wish I still had them.

What game was it? Where did you play it? Why and when did you play it? What did it feel like?
My first game was Spyro 2 for PlayStation. My dad bought it for some reason and I loved it! It felt like I finally found my purpose in life, and that purpose was playing games.
How was your first encounter with a game?
mine was the first spyro
go spyro

Starfox for the SNES, OR, Super Mario World. I got them both together so it was either one. MIGHT have been Super Mario World because I sunk time into getting all 98* levels complete. Never did finish Starfox on the hard route...

The first game I remember playing would have to be Super Mario Brothers 3 on the NES.
