Wobbly bridges, walking near the edge of somewhere that has no barrier blah blah blah.

But my worst fear is falling, it's not the height before anyone says.

Ohhh and you know those stairs that have the gaps between each one? Those scare the shit out of me, I think I'll fall through the gaps

Cockroaches. and it stems from a time when I was a lil kid and I was drinking a bottle of apple juice when something hit my lip....yeah you guessed it a big ass roach was floating in the bottle.

Red brick buildings.

No, I don't know why. They just make me nervous. Especially when there's more than one in an area.

Spiders. I've only been bitten like three times, but those motherfuckers terrify me to the point of hilarious, standing-on-a-chair-screaming hysteria.

Nuclear radiation. I mean, how the hell am I ever going to come across anything that dangerous? I remember my dad telling me about how dangerous stuff like plutonium is when I was a kid and it freaked the bejeezus out of me to learn that there are - somewhere on the same planet as me - materials that are so dangerous they can kill you just because you're standing too close to them.

Spiders, the way they move freaks the shit out of me. Falling, I don't mind heights, I really don't, but the thought of falling, or worse actually falling really fucks with my head.

Bloody, everytime I buy a game and then have to spend 5 minutes with WD40 trying to get those bitches off.

I can suffer from some vertigo but overall I'm not really scared of anything to the point of irrationality.
I just hate having anything like that near me, my feet especially. The Smaller the worse.
And congrats on 3k.

It's an extension of a very rational fear, but I have trouble jumping off of things more than 2-3 feet off the ground. I also really really hate bees.

And despite that my parents are actually decent and competent, the existence of teen escort services and WWASP sparked an obsessive doorknob checking habit.

Just start taking allergy shots like I do. Starting with 3 shots twice a week will break your fear of shots practically guaranteed.

Actually, there's something subtly really disturbing about that. This could easily be the premise of a horror story.
I hate elevators. Not because of claustrophobia though. I'm always afraid the cables will snap and some dude walking through the door will get torn in half and everyone inside the elevator will fall with it to the bottom of the shaft where we break our legs and die.
I also am slightly afraid of caves and rocky tunnels, because knowing that you have hundreds of tons of rock above your head and nothing but the rock itself keeping it from falling and crushing you into a pulp has always been rather disturbing to me. I'm find in underground rooms and walled tunnels, but under bare rock I start to freak out.

I'm afraid of needles almost to the degree that the OP is, but my fear of dying of an infectious disease trumped my fear of needles when the time came to get my immunizations updated. Funny how that works. I'm still afraid of some modern-day version of the Black Death sweeping through crowded areas (like cities, which I love living in) and killing billions across the world.
