We've all(probably most) had moments where we grind for an achievement or special weapon and it turns out to be shite.

Mine was 30 minutes ago. Me and 4 friends decided to take on the GOW 3 Horde mode. It took us around 2 hours to get up to wave 50. 3 of us had died the wave before so we weren't exactly equipped to take on Berserkers, we died around 8 times on the berserkers before the game gave us some easier bosses to fight. Many failed attempts later against brumaks, corpsers etc. We finally won and a 10g achievement pops up! I was like 10g?! That was fucking solid throw me a fricken bone here. Wave 50 took around 2 hours to finish so a total of 4 hours = 10 gamerscore. It was much harder than Horde on Gears 2 and you got 50g. This was only on casual so I shit my pants thinking of how hard it'd be on hardcore.

So what's your is that all I get moment?

When I first got to level 80 on WoW. Christ, what a let down. I was left with nothing else fun to do. Don't get me wrong, I found the leveling really fun. But... wow...

My most memorable 'Is that it?!?' moment would have to be finished Halo 2. What a crappy end movie. I am also curious as to how many FPS games this will be and how often they are the franchised ones (Halo, CoD, MoH, and GoW)

I saved up all my Military Grade Rounds in Metro 2033 (the currency in the game) and put it into a scoped AK-47.

Then the next level I was handed a silenced VSV with a laser sight. Complete friggin upgrade. Stealthier, more accurate even without a scope, and pretty powerful too.

What a waste of precious ammo.

I'm going to have to say the ending of Witcher 2.

I really loved the game. I thought it was well made, played well, decent story (okay the voice acting in parts could do with work) and it had a decent challenge to it.

All that just for an ending of Geralt stood on a cliff...... wait, what?

All that shit to get Triss back and the best ending they could possibly think of was having Geralt stood on a cliff watching her walk over a bridge.....

I could have come up with that ending and my imagination is crap.

Probably the end of Dragon Age 2, the thing is I'm in the "Enjoyed it" camp but even I got pissed off by the ending that had zero closure to any choice I made in the game. Even cliffhangers reveal something or can show what your choices did, but nope, not this time.

WOW. I reached level 80, and found I could no longer do the dungeons I most enjoy because I "didn't have good enough gear". That is, I would have to level for hours to actually get any of the content I enjoyed.

Screw that, if that's what I have to do, I'm not gonna!
