I remember playing through Ratchet: Gladiator (or Ratchet: Deadlocked to my overseas brethren) to Matchbox Twenty's Mad Season. In fact, I remember quite clearly listening to the title song whilst gunning down some spike-firing bikers on my way to save my battle bots.

Varies. Usually it's by Iron Maiden, because that's what I'm listening to. Aces High or The Wicker Man in particular would fit this role the best, though.
