Hmm, I'm assuming I can do anything in my little "kingdom" so it would probably be full of opression. Also everyone would be trained to be a ninja because it sounds like a good idea at the moment. Everyone besides myself would have collars that would be able to read their minds. If they had any bad thoughts about me then they would explode. I would also have the ability to shoot lightning from my hands since that sounds pretty cool. I would also get rid of alchohol and other drugs as well because:
1. I don't really like them.
2. It would tick my people off.
3. It might cloud their minds to the point where the collars can no longer read their thoughts. This would make assination possible.
I would also have an army of baby sea lions at my disposal to fight off my adversaries. I mean, all the ninjas could help I guess but the baby sea lions are my main form of power.
Wow, it's a good thing I don't rule anything in real life...
