If I need to last a long time I guess it'd be 'The Count of Tuscany' by dream theatre, because it's awesome. It has a nice mix of calming and..uhh...preeow! Though preeow isn't a real descriptive word. As an added bonus, I already have it on my iPod!

However, if there's any way whatever is killing me is in some way hilarius, i'd have to go with 'The Hedgehog can never be buggered at all'. It's not a real song perse. It'd be hard to explain. I'd sa 'look it up' but I doubt you'd find much.
