Not a new world but I've been listening to a lot more metal lately.
I've always been hugely into punk and hardcore (Gallows, Converge, Every Time I Die, This Is Hell, Cancer Bats) as well as metalcore (Parkway Drive, Killswitch Engage, Whitechapel) but lately I've been really into metal.

I picked up Machine Head's new album, Unto The Locust and it really blew me away, so I then went out and got two Lamb Of God albums and next I'm gonna grab some Pantera records as well.
EDIT: And I've almost got Mastodon's full discography, at last, and I need to get a hold of Baroness and Kvelertak's records.

Ghost Reveries is immense. I recently got the Special Edition 5.1 mix as a late Christmas present. It was bloody hard to find. Just Watershed to get now and my Opeth special edition collection will be complete! I've also got a Blackwater Park shirt, but I've worn the shit out of it and now it seems to have shrunk
