Grammar generally doesn't bother me unless it's in writing.

However, people who get angry when you use "good" when you were supposed to use "well" really get on my nerves. It's not like I'm writing an essay, I'm just talking with my friends, so get off my back!

'irregardless'-what next? unirrigardless? Wankers.

Oh and aluminium being pronounced 'aluminum' - you don't pronounce helium 'helum', so why pick on aluminium? Wankers.

I can't spell my way out of a paper bag ( whatever that means) I just can't understand it there are so many rules and alot of words don't even follow them like weird or their. Alot of word also have useless letters in them.

"ever try to write a not but forgot how to spell the word so you just replace it? see you tomooro, tomaror? see you next week"

I agree with the "whislt" argument, people use it for all the wrong reasons and it makes them ridiculous.

As for literature, wtf is up with Catherine from A Farewell to Arms? I hate that crazy *****

"...except she was always usin' the word infer
When she obviously meant imply
And I know some guys would put up with that kind of thing
But frankly I can't imagine why

And I said HEY! Are we tossin' horseshoes, kiddo
No I don't think we are
You're close (CLOSE!)
But no cigar"

What pisses me off is ignorant Americans that like to jump in and claim that my spelling is incorrect (example: "why should I take your argument serious when you can't even spell correctly") when I spell words like centre, specialise, etc. I get that we have different spellings, but the fact is most people in the world understand that the yanks have a different system of spelling, but a lot of Americans don't and can really get on my tits about it.

Oh and when I use to design web-pages one thing use to shit me above all others, pulling align=centre in didn't work, you had to use the American spelling, the number of times I had to fix that is amazing.

Kudos for the Weird Al quote. What angers me, personally, is the misuse of the word 'badly'.
People say, 'I feel real badly.' when they are referring to what they feel like, which is incorrect, as 'badly' is an adverb.
EXAMPLE:
'I feel real badly for him and his family.'
NO. THIS IS NOT CORRECT.
'I feel real bad for him and his family.'
This is technically correct, but it doesn't quite sit with me, so I'll go with the next option,
'I feel terrible for him and his family.'
If you used option 'a', I would ask you, 'What? You're having trouble feeling things?'
