I'm looking forward to Deus Ex: Human Revolution, Batman: Arkham City. Although if we are talking about Game of the Year I believe Portal 2 will take that crown for this year.
My most anticipated game for this year WAS Dragon Age 2. What a disappointment.

Dark Souls. If it's true about being harder than the first one, I would enjoy a game that doesn't baby you along.

Well i have plenty.
One of the WAS DA2, up until i played and made me vomit. Such a Disappointment.
Also, i wish i could say i was expecting the Witcher 2, but even though i liked The Witcher 1, i didn't thought i was fantastic (mainly because of a slightly buggy an Extremely Easy combat, UNHOLY technical Problems, and VA that made my ears bleed), so i wasn't that interested, until i played DA2 and i needed something to hold and comfort me, until Skyrim of course, and then i started Watching videos of it, and when i played it, it became of my best games of the year.
but i digrees, the list:

I WOULD put Guild Wars 2 but i know it's not coming out this year.

Bulletstorm (Interesting)
MvC 3 (another Disappointment? Jesus)
Mortal Kombat (best Fighting Game of the year)
InFamouns 2 (excellent)
Dungeon Siege 3 (F**k you OBSIDIAN)
