I hate when a show with a good idea is ruined by being childish or perverted.
Seikon no Qwaser is the best example. I loved the idea of characters each having their own element from the periodic table, but I couldn't watch more than five minutes without wanting to pull my hair out from the obsession with breasts.

Echi. My god the Echi in some anime can cause me to almost throw up. Gurren Laggen is a massive example of this. For something even worse try Negima. I am currently forcing myself to read the god-awful manga for a reason I can't remember. Maybe I'm schizophrenic and my other me is a sadist.

I did the EXACT same thing with Negima. Just when I was getting to the point when I couldn't stand it anymore, things started getting good. In the end, it's now one of my more liked manga.

You have renewed my faith. I shall read the 267 chapters I have and report back as long as I haven't bled to death from self-inflicted wounds.

I dont hate them but one thing that grinds my gear are fanservice. If it is from time to time dished out in small portions i can handle it but if it is over the top and allways in your face then i get annoyed.

Oh also super spaced out eyes makes me want to punch the characters in between them! ( I'm looking at you Clannad)

First off, I actually like anime, at least most of the ones that I've watched. This is just stuff that I don't get or that pisses me off. I'll try to cite examples where I think of any.

-Androgynous characters(Naruto)
-Increasingly bizarre transformations that make previous forms completely obsolete.(DBZ,Bleach)
-Characters attaining godlike powers, yet still find bad guys that are stronger.(DBZ,Bleach)
-Harem anime where no one fucks.(too many to list)
-Anime where a girl falls in love with a guy that treats her like crap, or is a dick, or both.(Bleach,Naruto)
-Anime where a girl falls in love with a guy she's never said two words to.(Naruto)
-Guys that don't want to fuck the ridiculously hot chicks that constantly surround them.(you know the ones)
-Bad guys that don't die.
-Really bad guys that become good guys.
-Filler(a hell worthy trespass)
-Characters not having the balls to tell someone that they love them.(Seems like every single fucking one)
-Yelling makes you stronger(no it doesn't-DBZ,Naruto,Bleach)
-Friendship(next one to make a friendship speech gets shanked)
-God-like characters that are terrified of their significant others.(DBZ)
-Beach and hot spring episodes(I shouldn't have to list these should I?)
-Destiny
-Underage girls and characters that look like underage girls(Bleach)
-Pairings that don't make any fucking sense(DBZ)
-Collection quests(Dragon Ball)
-I'm dead, now I'm back, now I'm dead again, but I'm really not.(Bleach,DBZ)
-Terrible openings(One Piece)
-Japanese pop music(I hate it like Hitler hated gypsies)
-Teases(Bleach)
-Rapists(DBZ,Bleach,others)
-Pedophiles(no, just no)
-Children doing shit that adults with combat training should do(Gundam)
-Tournaments(Yu-Yu-Hakusho,DBZ)
-Characters that are super powerful, but hate to fight
-Tears
-Not killing irredeemable bad guys
-Plot armor
-Characters with vast untapped amounts of power that only old guys and training can unlock(DBZ,Bleach,others)
-Characters that are angry and anti-social helping people.(Bleach)
-Angst(Emos ruin everything)
-Orphans(keep a hold on your fucking parents

There's more, but I can't think of it right now; I can only let so much hate flow out at one time.

Edit: Wait, I've got another one! Series that don't tell you where or when their shit is happening.(DBZ,Yu-Gi-Oh,others I can't remember)

Also, what Bleach, Dragon Ball, Slayers and others do - show a super-strong character, then show another even more super character, then EVEN STRONGER.

In Slayers:

Oh, no, it's Gaav, the Demon Lord!! We can't defeat him!!

(mysterious character kills him in 5 seconds after appearing)

Oh no, it's the Hellmaster! We totally have no chance now!!!

(5 minutes before the end of the last episode, new power of the protagonist destroys the previous boss)

Recap episodes.
They always happen in series that have the least complicated plots and just end up wasting an entire episode before the one event that the entire season has been building up to.
Case in point, DBZ. With every episode having a recap and preview, and every episode consisting of either a good guy getting beat-up, a good guy training because he got beat-up, or the good guy screaming for hours on end, (in order to unleash the attack that will defeat whoever beat him up dedicating an episode to rehashing it all is the anime equivalent of flipping the viewer the bird.
