my story didn't happen to me and it happened to my friend. anyway. we were playing CS 1.6. it was dust2 and we were the terrorists. one of the CTs was lagging or something. i don't know. and he couldn't move and was stuck in the base with his knife slashing at air. he told us that the round wasn't fair and we shouldn't kill him. we being the good guys we were accepted. the round continued with everyone died except my friend and the lagger. my friend went in to kill the guy with knife for lulz. he was low on health. he went on him and ...

and he died. he jumped in front of the guy trying to knife him and got headshotted by the other guy. we all saw the death except the lagger and i made sure he never forgot the day!

Well I know most people have probably had this happen to them if they've played search and destroy on any modern warfare or black ops game. I was the last guy alive after killing 2 enemy's with the balista and one guy was sitting at the spawn point like he wasn't there. So me being stupid thought I could do a 360 no scope from like 2 feet away lol and right as I was facing 180 degrees away from him he whips a tomahawk at me hitting me in the back of the head. Not very special but I always thought it was funny.

A few years back I was playing against my younger brother in one of the FIFA games(or was it Pro Evo?).I was Brazil,one of the best teams in the game while he selected China who were one of the worst.He proceeded to thrash me 10 - 2

It was at that point that I decided that football games weren't for me

In a game of LoL, my team was in the enemy base, almost ready to destroy their nexus. We had gotten to that point due to a huge comeback on our part, but before that, our own nexus had been damaged. While we were in the base, the enemy team's Jax snuck past us an into our base, and finished off our nexus.

In addition to being humiliating, it was also frustrating. When we saw that Jax was in our base, we asked for someone on our team to recall and get him out of there. The guy who volunteered never ended up going, for some reason.

WCG 2003 qualifiers for CS 1.6, I have been playing with insanely high sensitivity at the time (15 or 18 I think, nowadays I use 8 because I'm getting old and unskilled) and my mouse was not USB, and when we got there to play I could not replicate it and couldn't use my mouse too, the maximum value the game supported was 20 and it still was like 1/5 of what I was used to (today I would have known to disable mouse fix and heighten Windows sens, but ATM I had no idea what to do...).

So I played very, very akwardly, and we took another defeat 16-0 (team we faced ended in 2nd from the lower bracket). But our team was very bad, we were all good shots but had no experience in competition ATM, didn't knew calls or money strategy anything, and all teams in there played against each other everyday. Awful!

Why did you made me remember it?! That's EVIL!!

Gears of War 3. Me and my team were playing Team Deathmatch on Jacinto. We had the team down to their final spawns while we had around 10 remaining. However we got a bit too confident and it came back to bite us. Their team managed to wipe out 4 of us with a single mortar and then they grabbed the Boomshot and proceeded to clean us up.

We hung our heads in shame that day.

Getting defeated 100-1 by my friend at Soul Calibur on the Dreamcast he wasnt even looking at the screen half the time it was an absolute piss take and a one sided slaughter.

I got better though eventually I got to 97-100 in his favour yeah I never won but I got damn close and in SC2 we were about evenly matched ahh SC such a good game.

I've lost at least one 4v5 game of Smite. (It's a MOBA.) As in, one of the enemy team disconnected and they still beat us.

And yes, after the match our opponents were gloating like... er... like a bunch of gloating things.

To be fair, I've also won a couple with a man down, but that doesn't make it any less embarrassing.

Any time i play on 2Fort on TF2 and I run out only to get head shotted by a sniper, that always tends to happen but when it happens 4-5 times it gets really annoying.

Then there's any RTS game where I'd employ some great counter strats only to be curb stomped by some pleb who decided one unit spam was a great idea.
