As far as 'story' based single player games go, Dragon Age wins by sheer amount of hours vested in it.
Single player time sink: Company of Heroes
Multiplayer: Wolfenstein: Enemy Territory.

My most finished game is Resident Evil 4, finished it about 100 times combined, on the gamecube and PS2 but that was done during summer, averaged about 6 hours for a full playthrough.

Games I install, remove, don't play for a few months/a year, reinstall play, remove are very rare, and now I no longer have any backwards compatibility(my PS3 can't play Ps2 games and my 360 nearly dies when trying to play anything that isn't 360, might look for a wii just to play my gamecube games), there are four games, all from around 2000 that I still play. Clive Barker's Undying, American McGee's Alice, Final Fantasy 9(emulator using original discs) and Alien Versus Predator 2(would play the first, but I never finished a single mission in that game and I doubt it even runs on this PC)

KOTOR 1&2 I'm pretty sure at least 5 times each. I'd go through each playthrough picking different powers and moral choices. The best part though was when I found all the level up glitches and had lvl 3 powers at like lvl 3. Besides them, I spent countless hours in Sonic Adventure 2 Battle with my chao and getting the chaos chao

I've sunk more hours and runthroughs in Resident Evil 4 than I care to admit. Same goes for Tales of Symphonia (Shame I can't say the same for the sequel). I played a lot of Resident Evil 5 with a buddy, but after maxing out every gun, getting every achievement, and doing pretty much every ridiculous thing possible on every difficulty, I can't go back and play it anymore, whereas I could easily do that with Resident Evil 4 and ToS.

My old roommate would say Fable 2. He did everything possible in that game, and more, and I reaped the benefits, as he played it on my 360 profile.

Shadow of the Colossus for me. 6 playthroughs.

Sure, it doesn't seem like much but for a person that rarely replays a game at all, it is. xD

Master of Orion II. About once a year I feel an overwhelming desire to play it again. I'm on some kind of cycle.

first off i would like to say that Samuel would eliminate any black people/someone named Wallace if the answer was no

secondly that's an awesome profile picture

Thirdly you don't replay wow... unless making alts counts... but who makes the same race each time

For me it would have to be Broken Sword and Broken Sword 2, two classics from a brilliant studio :)
