Back home, I found myself incapable of using xbox live to play online because my NAT type had decided to change spontaneously from open to strict (using BT). I thought no more of it once I got back to uni, but then my router here did the same thing (using O2)... (Interestingly, apparently I can still play Halo online, it's just MW2 that kicks up a fuss)
So, does anyone know how to change the NAT type? All the other advice I've had suggests resetting the router to factory settings, which gives me about a day before the NAT thing goes strict again. Nothing in the settings for either router suggests a way around it either.
Does anyone else have this problem? I was talking to a few friends about it, and they all seem to be struggling with the same thing.
