Your own league (also, first thread)

A few days ago my friend showed me a graphic novel called "The League of Extraordinary Gentlemen". In case you don't know what it's about it's basically like Justice League but with 18th or 19th century literary figures (sorry if the comparison is miss leading to those who knows the book better than I do). Out of boredom, we decided to form our own league but sort of disobeyed the basic rules which were characters only 18th or 19th century literature. We made it from any where. Mine were:
-Trogdor, good for reinforcements
-a GI Joe action figure (just the toy) for comic relief and espionage
-Bat Man for his lair and gadgets
-Chewbacca for his strength
-Chun LI (I know, very nerdy) for her fire ball-esk powers and I figured I needed at least one girl. She was the first one I could think of at the time.

So I'm curious to know who would be in your league and why.
Also, it originally had a limit of 5 characters but you don't have to follow that rule. Just don't put too many.

PS: First thread. Yay.

PSS: I'm highly aware that it was originally titled "fist thread". I changed it.

Gramar Nazis might be annoying but their needed. You wouldn't belive the amount of people who would post things so gramatically incorect that its almost sad. I've been aroung long enough to see threads like XBOX IS SUXXORS AND M$ IS CASH WHORE.

Try using spell check and correct gramar on every NEW THREAD. It doesn't matter if you have ocasional slip ups, just think of posting as this: YOU are presenting yourself to the community. Using profanities, misspelling words, or just using run ons as entire threads makes people around here judge you. Just try to limit mistakes. If you want to say that you wouldn't buy a 360 because of hardware malfunctions there's no need to say "i has a guy who is my friend and one tiem we went boling, the xbox broke and M$ tried to make him pay couse thier fuckers and suxxors."

The search bar. It is your friend. Yes you can make a duplicate thread. Just try to do it more than a week after the last one was made. I don't want to post my five on yours then do the same thing 2moro on another. That would make the forums boring.

Let's see, for my super group of epic win, I choose the following:

Samurai Jack (Samurai Jack): I think he should probably be the leader. He's intelligent, disciplined, honest, and he can kill dang near anything with that katana of his.

Jango Fett (Star Wars): I played that bounty hunter game he was in, and it was AWESOME. He does seem kind of grim though, and if he was in a team with someone as morally straight as Jack there would probably be some friction and conflict of authority.

Shnitzel (Chowder): I'll openly admit that Chowder is my current favorite show, and exporting the grumpy, unintelligible rock monster from that universe to smash down walls and hurl cars appeals to me.

Fawful (Mario & Luigi: Superstar Saga): This guy is quite an interesting character. He would be necessary to provide the team with technological skills and macguffins, as well as fury. He has fury.

Toph Bei Fong (Avatar: The Last Airbender): Every team needs a girl, of course. I had considered Samus Aran, but with Jango Fett I thought that she would be kind of redundant. I really like Toph's character concept, due to the sheer irony of having a little blind girl being able to toss around mountains...and Shnitzel. That skill should come in handy.
