-Who would you invite?
-What would the laws be?

I would bring back Gallifrey cause it's huge and orange

I would bring sak sak he has alotta of useful knowledge when it comes to interplanatary relations

no one is allowed to come to the surface locals only.
any one who tries to is instantly death rayed outsiders who do land and experience our culture are never allowed to leave

My world would be simply too vast to describe , but I'll keep it down to the main parts;

- My world: Giant floating 'citydomes' anchored to the ground with massive chains. Flying cars everywhere, with 'flyways' stacked on top of another. Pedestrians can transport from A to B via big above-ground metro's in glass tubes. And finally, launch pods flying from one citydome to another.

- I would invite my entire family and every friend I have ever known.

- Laws: Pretty much the ones you would expect to be there.

Maybe a bit too imaginative? What do you think?
