Recently, an idea has come to me for a thread where people will show off their PCs. And by that, I mean not just the specs, but the monitor, the keyboard, the mouse, hell, if you want you can post your speakers here. Let's see who's the most serious gamer here. Also, if you want you can post your opinion on the parts.

I'll start:
2 GB Ram
Nvidia GTX 260
Intel Core 2 Duo Processor @2.94GHz

It's an excellent monitor, it's great if you want to experience games (their graphics, really) like Crysis or Just Cause 2 fully.
It's a MS Industrial MM-8901 Black, it's great, but recently it has gotten small for my hand.
It's a Sweex Kb060uk multimedia keyboard. It's not a gaming keyboard, but I wouldn't want one, because I'm used to this one, and after trying out other keyboards (at my friends' houses), I can see that it's good in comparison to them.
EDIT: Aw, shit, I just realized that I put this in the Off-topic Discussion *sadface*
But I guess that this could work here, also.

I7 930 OC'd to 3.6 (Not much but cbf to get better cooling)
Gigabyte 5870 SOC
6 gb 1600mhz ram
Gigabyte X58A-UD5 MB

I certainly think its good. Depending on what the 6000 series is like I'll probably upgrade to Crossfirex.

That said, I do run a small computer business in Sydney... so stuff is cheaper for me. (If you need a quote etc PM me).

*can hear the e-peen waving from miles away* sorry. My hardware is about as old as the 360. It's nothing to write to back home about, at all. Still, it does it's job well.

Mouse: Microsoft Intellimouse (first or second edition)

Keyboard: Logitech Ultra Slim X.

Case: Uuuh... no idea?

AMD 2.3 Ghz Dual Core
Ati 4670 512mb Graphics Card (annoying for doing Unreal engine work because of the Ati lighting bug)
Asus M2N 68CM Mother Board
2Gb DDR2 RAM
320Gb Hard Drive
LG DVD-RW

ViewSonic Optiquest Q2201wb
cooler master galaxy III case
Generic keyboard, mouse and speakers(came with the case, need to upgrade).

Not exactly the best PC ever but it gets the job done.

My friend has the exact same one, that's a kick-ass mouse you got there.

I'm far too tired to post all my specs, it's not very good anyways... *snooze*

Well where else would it go? It doesn't fit in any other board.

My setup:

The Rig:

Specs:

AMD Phenom II 965 black edition @ 3.8ghz (OC'd from 3.4).*
Kingston HyperX 4GB DDR3 1600
ASUS EAH5870 Radeon HD 5870 (Cypress XT) 1GB 256-bit GDDR5

*I overclocked my Phenom II by 400mhz by upping the voltage by about 0.0025v. The great thing about black editions is their multiplier is unlocked, thus allowing me to overclock using the multiplier. The CPU actually runs slightly cooler than stock speeds with the modified voltages. I have yet to get any crashes.

Monitor is a 23 inch 16:9 1920*1080 monitor with a 2ms delay. She runs at 60hz. I plan on getting a newer 120hz display.

For those not in the know

A CPU has a reference clock (in this case 200mhz), and a multiplier, in my case 19. All you need to do is multiply my reference clock by the multiplier and you get the total frequency of my processor.

One advantage of increasing the frequency of your processor through this method is that you can increase the overall clock speed of the processor without modifying the FSB/Hypertransport speed. Puts less strain on the motherboard. Granted, upping the CPU's clock without modifying the motherboard's FSB/Hypertransport can sometimes cause the system to become unstable anyways.

Gaming discussion, since this is for your gaming rigs (you can post your ordinary rigs, as well).

It's a Dell laptop. It's got 2GB of ram. The video card sucks, and it runs Vista.

It's pretty bad...
