No really - I've never trusted the country, the majority of the people seem nice enough but the crime rate... the justice system... the healthcare, the country itself is insane.
If I went there and got mugged but also stabbed, knowing my luck I'd go to hospital to have a life-saving 40 grand operation I can't afford, then I'd become bankrupt and it turns out the mugger is pushing harassment charges for trying to yell for help and saying nasty things about him later.

I won't go into my other views, considering I've never been there and never plan to. But I've heard enough from friends who moved over here from America and pen-pals to know that really, even a More Economically developed country can still be utterly terrible, corrupt and really - just hell in a lot of places which aren't profitable enough.

I'm taking all of the hells listed in this thread and adding them to my own, I call it... Uberhell. That includes my own hell, which in turn contains all of your hells. So... my hell is constantly multiplying itself and consuming your hells.

I love how people use the term "personal hell" as if the Biblical Hell isn't a personal matter. If you read the Bible it describes Hell as a place of darkness where you are alone, you won't see the devil running the place either, being isolated with your thoughts for all eternity is personal enough a punishment that you don't need to add elaborate elements.

My own personal Hell would be the name of my private dungeon where I keep all the futuristic torture devices and the medieval ones too.
I would go playing there once a day and satisfy my sadistic attitude (ab)using the dissidents, their respective daughters and a handfull of my beautiful random female subjects as soon as I have established my malevolent dictatorship and completed my plan of world domination.
It would be some old damp castle like stronghold with a lakeside around and a lot of red and black furniture and carpets. "Your personal Hell" would be engraved on the plate looming above the main entrance only overshadowed by some creepy gothic gargoyle statues with luminous eyes (and hidden videocameras for unneeded yet quite pleasing security reason obviously)

You wake up in a strange place. You try to open your eyes but the light is bright and you have to keep your eyes closed. In a few seconds, you try to squint to get an idea where you are. You find out that you're in a small room, ten by ten feet. You can hear only the buzz of the single fluorescent light bulb. After getting a grasp of your situation, you notice there is a stereo system set up with speakers in each corner of the room. You get up and investagate the strange object. You poke and prod until you press the play button.

"Baby, Baby, Baby, oh Baby! Baby, Baby, Baby, oh Baby!..."

The song is unbearably loud and on loop. With one hand over one ear, you try to turn the stereo off with your other hand. But nothing is working, the song keeps replaying the same line over and over.

The song has playing for what seems like days. You are unsure how long you can take it...

That is my hell.
