Nuclear Bunker style, with underground tunnel networks, auto-turret/sentry bot systems and false entries/exits to confuse any would-be-James Bonds from getting in. A couple of surface entrances, also complete with mounted ceiling turrets and a fixed-position M134 behind a 2 foot thick titanium bunker wall.
Once intruder prevention is sorted out, the actual living quarters will be luxurious, none of the sci-fi shinyness but instead a modern stately home with all the commodities I would need to remain sane. As well as space for a couple of other people to stay, for the company.
Finally, I would have a fair few wings solely dedicated to food production, including underground greenhouses with false sunlamps and so on.
