I just have one cat. Her name is Mim (named after the Disney version of Morgan LeFay from The Sword in the Stone) and she is the stupidest thing ever.
Female cat called Macula, she sleep on average 26 hours a day and any time I get up from my compter to get something she will steal my chair and sleep on it. She also likes waking me up at between 1-4 am by trying to eat my nose.
But I love her to bits.

i had 2 rats some years ago, but well, you cant expect more than 3 years from them.

I've got three cats. Two of them don't have any race, but third is british shorthair, with nice pedigree - father was interchampion and mother was champion.
My family owns a Miniature Schnauzer named Otto who's about 2 years old now I think, we also have an orange cat named Homer who's 18 yet he seems to be doing OK he's had two seizures I think and seems a bit senile but he still goes outside and it still pretty fast and able to jump.
I have a black cat named Kaitlin. I've had her since I was 7, so she's about 15 or so these days.
I used to have a rat named Beta, but he died. They don't live much longer than 2 or 3 years. Great pet though, they are pretty clean, very affectionate and easy to teach tricks. Beta could play fetch with his little ball and walk on his hind legs. I want another rat (or 2, really) but I'm not allowed to have rodents where I live so I would have to keep them a secret.
Toast the cat. He's about as smart and the colour is about right (brown, black edges). Shame about the noise.
I have two black cats, Tia and Nelson. Both named so because they're black. Oh and Nelson is Tia's kid.
I have a black dog. It's smart, too smart actually... (it ALWAYS know when we plan to bath it even before we say a word).
We have Neko the cat and Heidi the hedgehog. There are a couple deer and families of turkeys outside that we sorta call ours, but they tend to take care of themselves. Neko calls them Food.

I love 'em to death, if they'd stop upsetting me and trying to make me want to throw them out at times!

The older Tom cat called 'T', who has become very lazy and fluffy.
And a jet black cat called 'Spike', who kills everything he sees, but is very cute

3 Rabbits
Chocolate Cream Chaos, named for a swirling/spotted mix of brown in his white fur, lives up to the chaos part all the time.
Twixy, named cuz she looks like a Twix bar a bit. Shy and introverted, only puts up with attention when she wants it.
Jae, looks and acts like a wild hare sometimes, can be aggressive, but also cuddly.
1 Cat named Dyna who is scared of EVERYTHING, likes to sleep on my feet but will never sit in my lap and had to be banned from the bedroom cuz she likes to eat my wife's hair in the night.
4 Birds, a parrotlet named Azzy (total jerk, screeches every time we enter the room, wont let anybody near his cage and is very annoying (but we are working with him to make it better, we hope)), 2 finches, Divebomb and Fichas, Divebomb so named because she likes to literally just drop from a perch into her food dish and Fichas because he was being noisy one day and I went to yell "Finches!" to get him to be quiet and said Fichas instead, which stuck since. And a yellow gloucester master singer canary named Gusty, who is LOUD and mimics somehwere around 12 wild bird calls.
Also various un-named fish in a 16 Gallon tank, mostly tetras.
