If the government was able to erase all of your memories wouldn't they have just killed you then and saved the trouble of hunting you down later? To wipe out your existance beforehand, then letting you go so you can pal around with a terrorist all seems a little extravagant.

If I can get safely out of my apartment when they come (my katana, and damask steel cooking knife will be of great use), I'd rob an outdoor survival store. Once I have my bags packed, and all the necessary equipment, I would steal a boat, fill it with books from the library, and head off to a deserted island, where I'll build myself a cool place at the beach to live on. I'll spend the rest of my life taking care of myself alone, but at least I will be alive and kicking!

My name is Smith I am one of those people that can blend in anywhere, and I keep a small amount of cash in my room at all time, I would use all that to travel to one on my friends house's. Even If my friends memories of me are erased, I can still revel things only a true friend would know. From there I would get my friend to rent every government conspiracy movie he can get his hands on. Then come up with a better plan then this one.
