Your Posting Habits

I know there was a topic on this in July, but it was a lot more specific, also never got off the ground and is quite a long time ago.

So what are your general posting habits? Do you monitor the topics you post in, or ignore a thread after you've left it? Do you post constant replies in your own threads, or abandon them to the machinations of fate? Do you post in big bunches, or over a period of time? Certain times of the day or just whenever you're near a computer? Any other habits I've missed?

(This is inspired by my recent horrendous thread, which will, mod willing, be shut down soon. I should have left well alone.)

I kind of post and leave. I feel like I've said all I can say at the moment and unless someone quotes me, I usually leave it at that. I have sporadic moments where I'll post in several different topics at once but lately I've just been posting maybe once or twice a day.

I'll sometimes reply to quotes, if I figure the quote is worth replying too (no sense adding another post if the entire quote just says "I agree with this guy"). It's pretty rare that I'll monitor the thread after posting if no one quotes me, nor am I likely to post again if no one quotes me.

I basically post day and night.. As for how I watch my posts, I generally ignore it until someone quotes me.

...And oh, how I love being quoted...

i post when I have something to say, and when I get quoted I come back. Like how I'll ignore this thread, and go back to ranting on another thread!

I reply to quotes... check back later sometimes... but I'm on here really sporadically. Every so often I'll get super excited and flail around here for day. No real reason besides it's fun :) and then I disappear for a year >.>

When i make a thread i usually care about the subject, so i interact with the other posters, discussing posts, and of course, arguing.

When i post on another thread, i tend to read through the first page and fallow any interesting conversations, posting when i have something to say. And i almost always respond to quotes.

Also, i tend to only post on threads when i can get in on the front page, there really isn't any point posting on the second page, you probably wont get heard.

I'll post when I'm interested (quoting where needed), respond to quotes, and if the subject is interesting enough, I'll check back on it every so often to repeat the process.

I can faithfully scew up my position in any rp,
I also take time to try to answer any and everyone who quotes me.
I try top make a refference to something every time when appropriate and sometimes when it's not

I usually hang around a topic if it becomes interesting enough, and almost always respond to quotes.
When I create a thread I post like crazy in it.

I post when I have time on threads that are less than three pages long and have a prompt that I actually feel like giving an opinion on.

As for quotes, only if it was in the past 12 hours, otherwise I let it die (with the exception being direct questions).
