Your Problems With Modern Warfare 2

I've been playing it again yesterday(since sometime in the Spring or February when I took a break from it). Honestly, that part wasn't really related.

I wanna know why people hate it. I find it so-so.

I definitely don't count as someone who hates it but the story was a bit loopy when compared to the previous outing.

I hate it 'cus of its overhypedness it has nohing good or new going for it...
I prefere BF:BC2 though I hate the story... but the MW2 story was short but was good now more then half of infinety ward have moved to EA Maybe they can work on the story for BF:BC3 while dice on the MP... would be awesome.

The fact that you have to unlock stuff. I don't like that about MW2 just as I dislike it about TF2. Sure it rewards people who play more but maybe I don't play regularly and really like P90s due to an obsession with stargate sg1! What can I do !?

Also the dedicated servers stuff is the gay, speaking as somebody whose shitty laptop once suddenly got caught out causing everyone to lag by about 7 seconds.

Well, the story was sub-par. Nice shooter action. No meaning to it whatsoever. The first game felt somewhat less nonsensical.

And the multiplayer is kind of exactly the same... I expected it to be similar, but, for a game that focuses on multiplayer so much, not a nearly exact copy of the first game.

I enjoyed the first one for three weeks. This I enjoyed for 4 days. Just got fed up with the same things to do over and over again.

My only complaints about the game, would be about the people that play on xbox live, not all of them mind you. Too many sexist, homophobic, anti-semitic, racist people have microphones. Thank god for the mute button!

And where the fuck are the dedicated servers? Fun fact. Pirate the game, and you can crack in dedicated servers.

my only problems with it are the fags on xbox live who complain after every kill and usually rage quit. I usually don't have that problem with the computer version though so the computer version is nearly perfect. i could care less if someone uses a grenade launcher or camps because anyone can do it. i am tired of people complaining about that stuff being so cheap

I find it's so-so and even fun at times, especially when I feel like going apeshit on the other team with rapid fire, akimbo, Uzis. Hearing the people WTFing after the match is SO worth it!

I don't know what game you guys are playing... My MW2 expeirence has been great.

That and I aim for smaller more personal goals... Namely getting a Harrier once a match will satisfy me... Which explains why I determindly refuse to Prestige as I want to get that darned Expert VII for my AK-47

EDIT: You don't need dedicated servers to have fun.

For a lot you do. Less lag, control over your servers, you can deal with hackers, you can add mods to the server you can do a fuck ton more then you could without.

Go look at this.
