I'm about to start working at my job Monday and here's my problem, what tie should I wear?

What's the job, and what ties do you have?

I have no ties and am going to buy some tomorrow. I'm going to be working as a cashier at Fry's.

not a drunk post yet. ill quit posting when im drunk and go back to putting gaming rig components into my newegg shopping cart-- an activity that requires drinking to put that much money into a credit card.

oh, and bolo ties are awesome for any purpose.

Its straight chemistry. We look at-- basically-- highly purified crystalized chicken fat which forms beautiful ordered structures when you pour a boozed-up solution of it on a perfect gold crystal. There was a lot of excitement on the subject. Turns out, gonna be worthless. I've played a role in that realization. The semiconductor industry sidestepped our whole field, and now i'm left trying to figure out what to do for a post doc.
