Most valuable? Probably WoW Collector's Edition.

Most special / rare? Big Rigs Over The Road Racing (Yes I actually bought that game, after reading about it)

Probably Mindwalker, the very first game available on Amiga 500 (but it also has sentimental value as it's the one that made me want to be a 3d programmer).

I have FFVII that I bought new when it first came out, still in great shape. I have the PS sorry the "custom playstation edition", says so on the box, of Doom. It's greatest hits but still pretty rare.

I also have a perfect copy of Ring of Red, not all that rare or expensive, but still an awesome game that I was lucky to find.

Oh yeah, and I also have Ehrgiez, a Power Stone-esque PS game that features characters from FFVII, but I'm selling that because it's plain awful.
I would love to get a copy of Ehrgeiz again.

Any Atlus game I used to own, but the only one I have currently own is Operation Darkness. It is rare, but not valuable in terms of resale value since not many people gave a damn.

I have Marvel Vs Capcom 2 for the PS2 (which will be worth nothing when the downloadable version comes out) and I have "Formula 1 Championship" for the PS3, which I've seen going for as much as $100.

I've got a working Neo Geo AES console, got it in '93. The thing was expensive and so were the games so I only ever only got six games for it, two of which I sold again around '98 back when I was still young and stupid and didn't have internet yet (the first Metal Slug and Double Dragon. Believe me, I regret it now)

Aero Fighters 2 - $95+
Metal Slug X - $550+
Samurai Shodown II - $85+
Fatal Fury 2 - $35+

I would say Shin Megami Tensei Nocturne, but it's been reprinted recently so I dunno if that still counts at all.
