Well, I'm going to a convention in June and I'll be cosplaying for the first time. Although pretty much all my friends know that so it's not much of a secret anymore.

I am a nerd. I admit it. But there some nerdy things that even I'm ashamed to admit I liked. Before continuing with this thread, please watch this video:

I hate myself to admit that I fucking loved this. Do you have a secret nerd shame? Something that you are ashamed to admit you geek out over?
Well, thanks to you that's a half hour of my life I'm not getting back. So worth it though. I ended up watching the Dance Offs for 2007, 2008, and 2009. Vader and the Stormtroopers are badass.

I actually really really want to cosplay or LARP or play D&D or something... but I don't tell anyone. I'm wearing a BioShock shirt right now and I use a Pokewalker, so you would think I no longer have shame.
I'm actually a trained martial artist and I have considered LARPing, I just don't have the free time and money for it. It looks like fun, but there is no way I could fit it in around college or a summer job...

I'm already a Gamer, Anime Fan, Manga Fan, Aspiring Engineer, Internet Addict, and Airsoft Collector... I'm pretty much a massive nerd already and proud of it, so I really don't think I can get worse...

I am a Gleek, fan of Glee. I also watch far too many horrible D-Rated horror films. Yes, D-Rated, as in I am Omega, Monster annnd my personal favourite, The Day the Earth Stopped.

It is not a shame for me, but I'm sure most would think it should be. I have the Triforce tattooed on my left arm.

Are you one of those fanboy's for Tali from Mass Effect? If thats the case you sure chose the mystery package. Of course I would go the same route. :p

Ok, onto my nerd delight. When I was younger I was such a huge Star Wars fan I bought all the Star Wars legos. The thing is I still have them, as I just can't part with them because of the childhood memories. Ya, I'm pretty nerdy in that regard.

PS: That was a funny video, thanks for the link.

Harem Animes rock! Go for Shuffle!, it's one of the best ones I think. :D

I don't have anything that's nerdy, that I do or enjoy participating in that I feel subconscious or insecure about. After all, if people want to judge men, it's their problem and certainly isn't one of mine. I keep going, & the only person who can stop that is me.
not to jack the thread or anything but what other anime do you recommend, be it movie or series. The last two I've seen were Kaiba and DTB season 2.

I am writing a Sonic the Hedgehog fanfiction comic ... if anyone at school ever knew about it, I would kill myself.

This website is my secret nerd delight, and even moreso now that I subscribed.

Previously, my secred nerd delights were World of Warcraft and Lord of the Rings Online. I don't look like a typical Mumorpagur, but I was pretty much addicted to both.

No, that is by no means shameful. LoZ is something that has influenced a fair few people's lives. But do you use it for Power, Wisdom or Courage?
