After a particularly nasty, drawn out fight with a necromancer my bosmer assassin has the great urge to drown dead bodies if killed near a large body of water. Tis the only way to be sure.

Since I got the Kyne's Peace shout, I don't kill wild animals. I just shout at them and everything is fine. Also I hoard Dwemer artifacts like bowls (I spent half an hour arranging them on shelves in my house and when I came back they were all on the floor D
None really, aside from making regular trips back to Blackreach because it looks so awesome, and never using companions because all they will do is get in my way.
I don't use horses or companions. I get edgy around other people and either steal from them or kill them...

Especially after I ran out of money by training enchanting from a trainer and smithing. (Those ores and ingots are expensive..., though it's mostly because of enchanting...)

Also, WRT the Dark Brotherhood quest line, it's really not that "evil". You're an assassin, yes, but most of the assassinations are not unjustified/out of line. The big, final assassination is somewhat over the line, but not excessively so, depending on where you sit.
My guy, Mosdrovath, has the need to kill guards in the way they talk to him.
For instance, if a guard says: "if I find you hand in my pocket I'm gonna cut it off", then I pickpocket him and leave a bottle of poison in his pants, killing him slowly.
Remarks about my archery skills? Arrow to the face.
Telling me to stop Shouting? I Shout his brains out.
Warning me about my fire magic? Cooked guard.
Or, my favorite: If he asks me if someone stole my sweet roll, I pickpocket him, leave a sweet roll in his pocket and club him to death because HE STOLE MY SWEET ROLL!

Clinks like windchimes in a tornado because he makes thousands of potions and loathes sorting them out to sell/discard. Seriously, why are there so many names for health potions? Potion of healing, potion of restore health, potion of minor healing, potion of recovery, all at random intervals on a name-based list... fuck me, it's cumbersome. When I run out of inventory space I just get frustrated and take a massive potion dump wherever I happen to be standing because nobody ever wants to goddamn buy them, let alone having enough coin to take a quarter of them off my hands. The shrine outside High Hrothgar has thousands of useless potions just lying around waiting to be tripped on.

My main is a Khajiit and he steals all the Sweet Rolls and Pies he can, anything that is candy, or a dessert, he'll take, a good shout inside a kitchen will send things all over, or telekensis will throw it to a spot where you can hide inside castles.
Also keys, if he pick someones pocket and they have a key, he must always attempt to take it, took me awhile to realize there was a perk point for that.
Also he's addicted to Skooma, all my khajiits are, that and moon sugar, from Morrowind, Obvlion, to Skyrim. Skooma and Moon sugar was usuall taken before I ran into a dungeon, make him hype up.
Also, I try my best not to kill other Khajiit, I always cast a spell on them to calm them or fear them away, I'll be running slashing an orc to death with my Nettlebane and an enemy Khajiit is running away cause I hit him with a fear spell, or is looking at me like 'wtf' cause he's been calmed.

My character (Ethanius Asiatus) has a crippling addiction to any potion. Even if I don't need it, I drink then. They sound so nice.

I have a problem with reading books in the middle of dangerous swamps and dungeons.
My friend said he can just imagine my character (bosmer archer) sitting there in stealth, crossed legged and reading quietly while scary shit just wanders past.
