As most of you probably know, Skyrim introduced an interesting new mechanic; marriage.
Now, I had a bit of a problem deciding who to marry. I wanted to find someone who actually fit with my character. My Skyrim character is a Khajit ranger, and since there are no Khajit marriage partners, that added a bit more to decide upon. I eventually settled for an Argonian, and I was torn between <url=http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Derkeethus>Darkeethus and <url=http://elderscrolls.wikia.com/wiki/Scouts-Many-Marshes>Scouts-Many-Marshes. There are things about both of them that I liked, but I ended up going with Scouts on the fact that I had already been messing around in the area, and would have to start up a new mission.
EDIT: I have since refused Scouts and am very happy with Derkeethus. He's very useful as a follower and as a companion; he has a similar playstyle as myself (albeit flawed due to the derpy AI), and he makes me an income. Not to mention he's basically an immortal shopkeeper that follows me wherever I go.
So, who did you choose to marry, and why?
