Let's say you meet up with a rich producer who gives you an infinite budget to work on any small project you want. This project can be a short film, an animated film, a short game, music, whatever. You basically have the resources to bring any short film/game etc to life exactly as you envision it with the best possible results of quality. But as I said, it can't be a big project, so no feature length films.

To give you an idea, I would absolutely love to make an animated film of Journey. There are a few scenes where a fixed camera angle and proper timing would just be a joy to catch, plus because of the unique style there's really no other way to present it as anything but animated.

Another one of mine would be a 2 and a half minute video essentially taking place within the Inception universe of a guy who realises he's in a dream then runs while the city collapses around him in dramatic land shockwaves. All timed and paced exactly to this music. [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=lOJqicM6x84]

So what's your dream small project Escapists?

I would make a small movie intro movie to the Mass Effect movie series.

I would make a hell load of vehicles, guns, armor and get so many celebrity.
And then make it so much awesome that Hollywood and the internet would BEG me to make these movies.

I'd make a skateboard game like Tony Hawk Underground, with some models and textures but without any maps.

The Source SDK would be great as the underlying architecture to save development time.

With the tools provided by the Source SDK anyone can modify and create content.

User-created content would be rated in the Steam Workshop.

Err would a online webcomic count? That is there is no intention to release it in graphic novel form like e.g. Megatokyo.

I always want to see my superhero/ villain creation to be drawn out but I can't draw people due to lack of motivation and just plain laziness.
Sure my best friend is a freelance illustrator so he does drawn superhero related things but since we lived far away I can't communicate him well enough for him to understand how my characters are suppose to look like.
Also it's the fact I can't paid him to draw it either (by all means he probably won't attempt my payment but it is his job) and these days he's super busy since he does get cilent/ customer for his talent.

Anyway with the infinite resource I will get him and other people (since he will be too busy to leave all the skteching to him) to bring my characters to life and make a webcomic story along the way. However I will content just seeing my character in just art print/ stetch form since I got tons of superhero/ villain ideas.

I'm sort of doing one right now, I'm programming a 2D platform game editor & have music & script for a couple of games lined up. It's a long way off from being useful, but once it is I'll probably license it as free for non-commercial purposes, which should hopefully allow others to create cool games.

If I had an infinite budget for this then I'd hire a few programmers and QA people.
