I love how some of you are making the distinction between vintage and non-vintage like it's something important, they're all functionally the same. =p
Anyhow:
Scout: Scattergun, Bonk! Atomic Punch, Sandman. Because stunning people amuses me for some reason, plus tauntkill potential.
Soldier: Rock-it Lawnchair, Shotgun/Reserve Shooter, Equaliser, because goodness knows you want to have something to defend yourself with when encountering a pyro that knows how to airblast.
Pyro: Flamethrower, Shotgun, Fire-axe/Postal Pummeler, because no one expects the aquatic Pyro! And airblasting is important and I do like an afterburn that medics can't shrug off.
Demoman: Grenade Launcher, Sticky launcher, bottle/pan, because sometimes vanilla is just best.
Heavy: Sasha, Sandvich, Fists/KGB/GRU, depending on whether I want to tauntkill, be a melee menace or get to the frontline fast. And sandvich because medics (and teammates in general always appreciate it if you can give them a quick heal.
Engineer: Shotgun/Frontier Justice, Wrangler, Jag/Wrench. Depending on whether I'm planning to get plenty of sentry kills and whether I want to construct stuff quick or be sure to fight off Spies with my mighty wrench.
Medic: Syringe Gun, Medigun/Kritzkrieg, Übersaw/Vita-Saw. Obviously depending on the situation and map and whether I need to crank out lots of übercharges while also dying pretty frequently.
Sniper: Rifle/Huntsman, Jarate, Bushwacka. Because there's something stupidly funny about throwing jarate on a kritzed Heavy and killing him with two chops from behind while he's too busy killing stuff in front of him. And rifle/huntsman depending on if the map has several open stretches or not and whether the map has known places where people stand still a lot for delicious taunt kills.
Spy: Revolver/Enforcer, Knife/Big Earner, Cloak & Dagger. Depends largely on map and server, if the players are rather dim witted I can easily afford the extra time before being fully cloaked in exchange for the added firepower and the 10 less health in exchange for extra cloak recharge on a backstab.
And as a tip to @NameIsRobertPaulson , I suggest you switch to the regular kukri if you don't have Jarate equipped, without Jarate the Bushwacka is identical to the Kukri but with the added penalty of taking 25% extra fire damage.
