My Soldier has the Buff Banner instead of the shotgun and all the other classes use the default loadout since the Buff Banner is basically the only item I have.

I love how some of you are making the distinction between vintage and non-vintage like it's something important, they're all functionally the same. =p

Anyhow:

Scout: Scattergun, Bonk! Atomic Punch, Sandman. Because stunning people amuses me for some reason, plus tauntkill potential.

Soldier: Rock-it Lawnchair, Shotgun/Reserve Shooter, Equaliser, because goodness knows you want to have something to defend yourself with when encountering a pyro that knows how to airblast.

Pyro: Flamethrower, Shotgun, Fire-axe/Postal Pummeler, because no one expects the aquatic Pyro! And airblasting is important and I do like an afterburn that medics can't shrug off.

Demoman: Grenade Launcher, Sticky launcher, bottle/pan, because sometimes vanilla is just best.

Heavy: Sasha, Sandvich, Fists/KGB/GRU, depending on whether I want to tauntkill, be a melee menace or get to the frontline fast. And sandvich because medics (and teammates in general always appreciate it if you can give them a quick heal.

Engineer: Shotgun/Frontier Justice, Wrangler, Jag/Wrench. Depending on whether I'm planning to get plenty of sentry kills and whether I want to construct stuff quick or be sure to fight off Spies with my mighty wrench.

Medic: Syringe Gun, Medigun/Kritzkrieg, Übersaw/Vita-Saw. Obviously depending on the situation and map and whether I need to crank out lots of übercharges while also dying pretty frequently.

Sniper: Rifle/Huntsman, Jarate, Bushwacka. Because there's something stupidly funny about throwing jarate on a kritzed Heavy and killing him with two chops from behind while he's too busy killing stuff in front of him. And rifle/huntsman depending on if the map has several open stretches or not and whether the map has known places where people stand still a lot for delicious taunt kills.

Spy: Revolver/Enforcer, Knife/Big Earner, Cloak & Dagger. Depends largely on map and server, if the players are rather dim witted I can easily afford the extra time before being fully cloaked in exchange for the added firepower and the 10 less health in exchange for extra cloak recharge on a backstab.

And as a tip to @NameIsRobertPaulson , I suggest you switch to the regular kukri if you don't have Jarate equipped, without Jarate the Bushwacka is identical to the Kukri but with the added penalty of taking 25% extra fire damage.

Ellis' Cap
Mercenary Badge

Soldier:

Rocket Launcher
Vintage Gunboats
Vintage Equalizer

Pyro:

Vintage Flaregun
Vintage Axetinguisher
Vintage Pyro's Beanie (First hat I ever found, on the first day I ever played, too.)

Demoman:

Stickybomb Launcher
Grenade Launcher
Vintage Eyelander
Vintage Hustler's Hallmark

Heavy:

Minigun
Vintage Sandvich
Vintage Killing Gloves of Boxing

Engie:

Vintage Frontier Justice
Pistol
The Jag

Medic:

Syringe Gun
Medigun
Vintage Ubersaw

Sniper:

Sniper Rifle
SMG
Vintage Tribalman's Shiv

Spy:

Vintage Ambassador
Knife
Invis Watch

I tend to prefer the stock equipment unless there's something that's a clear upgrade. Most of the new items are too situational for me to switch. I've got the gunboats on the Soldier because I'm trying them out, having not played much soldier in my time with the game, while my Scout has a Sandman because it took me over a year to find one via drops, despite the fact that well over half of my playtime is on scout. I had the Holy Mackerel on there forever. The rest of them are pretty much what I play with, with the exception that I rarely play as Pyro, Spy, Sniper or Engie, so the loadouts for those aren't what I've found to be optimal so much as what I most recently used.

To be honest I always change my loadout due to situation but I suppose usuals are

Scout: Scattergun or FaN depending on how many enemies, always vanilla pistol, vanilla bat and maybe Sandman but only with Scattergun.

Soldier: Rotate when needed between Vanilla, Blackbox, DH, always use Shotgun although I am trying out Buff banner and always Equaliser.

Pyro: Backburner or Vanilla, Flaregun and either Axetinguisher, Rake(medieval mode) or the Hammer if there are lots of spies.

Demoman: Rotate between all shields and launchers, Always Vanilla Nade gun and either Pain Train/Bottle/Eyelander

Engy: Frontier Justice, Vanilla Pistol, Southern Hospitality(my only more or less static class)

Heavy: If low numbers Tommyslav, lots of Scouts Natascha and general use Vanilla, Sandvich(usually) and the Speed gloves that drain health.

Spy: Ambassador, Any watch, usually Vanilla knife or the one that disguises.

Sniper: Any, Any and Tribesman's Shiv.

Medic: Vanilla everything usually except for Ubersaw.

Lemme think ....

Scout = that gun that gives you hype then vanilla
Soldier = the launcher that makes the missile go faster, the def buff, equalizer
Pyro = back burner (shut up!), flare gun, back scratcher.
demo = nade launcher, the remote detonation gun (not the vanilla one) and a massive axe (I think)
heavy = Tomislav, (of course) the sandvich, can't remember
Engy = The wrench that makes you build quicker, frontier justice (I think that's the name)
medic = rarely play it. Shut up, I do my part with the engy AKA my fav class
Sniper = depends on the situation (tight map is the bow and arra, loads of high health people is the jarate sniper anything else = vanilla sniper) vanilla machine gun, the blade that causes bleeding (I think it's bleeding, it's a red blade anyway)
Spy = probably vanilla 'cos I can't use it.

Mostly vanilla, but for Pyro I've got some fancy postbox that does crits to burning players (so useful against heavies) and the flare gun, and for the Scout I use the Holy Mackerel, because fish are funny.

I change mine constantly depending on the situation, especially with soldier.

Anyone who sticks to one loadout is silly.
