Ok, if we're making our own, I'd end up being....probably something like the scout. (real skinny, runs around a lot, hits people with a bat, etc.)
Ok, trying to be different, I'll make myself the lame-o "the Informant" class.
"Knower of all sorts of random and useless information, the Informant will chase after you with books in hand (can be thrown at someone or just beaten in the head w/ one.), screaming at you how mouse sex will last at most five seconds and how Mass Effect's science is actually possible."

The student:
Primary: Satchel of knowledge
Secondary: Defunct timetables
Melee: History book on the third reich.
He is in the second year, and he is about to kick it into third gear. He can reach into the satchel of knowledge and pull out one useless item to throw. Defunct timetables have sharp corners which give papercuts, and are infinite in supply. The history book on the third reich is so thick it could beat anything (even a demoman) to death.

The Shade: special ability is to become invisible, much like the spy. But instead, he has no useful talents, no weapons, and is too much of a pacifist to attack anybody. Mostly he wanders into the battlefield, to ask what all the noise is about, and is hit with a wayward rocket and kerplodes. However, he is immune to headshots, as his aimless wandering prevents snipers from getting a lock on him.
Whatever class has a claymore.

Blademaster: I don't even need a claymore. I use my nice little knoife with deadly speed and precision. You raise a gun, and you're gutted.

However, when riled, he will massacre everyone, as he is on Purple team.
ACTUALLY, I'd put my mate as a class, called the Angry Neel.
I can't physically describe how incredibly OTT the AngryNeel would be, but to put it in perspective, the reallife Neel is warrant to punch a hole in his monitor, climb inside the game and rip apart the very polygons of the enemy with his mighty rage. Then, you'd get a message:
ERROR - This computer has encountered NEEL and needs to close
Don't send an error report, he'll come and get you too

Primary weapon, dual revolvers. Obviously as strong as the ambassador, but no chance for headshots.
Secondary weapon: Probably more useful than the primary weapon, the SWAT, or Shotgun Wallops A Ton. Its one has only a single shot but at point blank range, it kills almost anything in one hit.

The Runner
Primary: BB Gun
Secondary: Slingshot w/ Spitball Ammo
Melee: Wooden Sword
Special Ability: Speed, Agility, and Health increases when there are more people on the opposite team or if the last one standing in a match.
The Runner's purpose is to mainly be a decoy to get people from the opposite team open for attack. As you can see, the only thing his weapons will do is annoy people, slowly or not taking away health. Think of him as the Scout's younger, annoying, brother.
