Why yes, yes that is more than 10, but since I'm not going to number em anyway hell, why not? Exactly which is my favourite at any time tends to depend on my mood and whichever I played last, but BG2 is usually right at the top so I guess that would count as my 'all time' favourite. Beyond that trying to list em is just silly.

My criteria for ranking what are my "favourite games" are as follows:
-How much I played the game
-How easily I could pick it up today
-How much it impacted the life of me or the friends I played it with
-and in general, how much I liked it!

hard to put in any top order:

Knights of the old republic - first RPG I actually liked and brought me to RPG games, story is good,characters well made and its gameplay was enough simple for a new comer come into RPG games

Knights of the old republic 2 - first KOTOR was awesome and in my opinion KOTOR2 was even better eventho it had some flaws (some bugs + alot of content was cut due to lucas art's need to rush the game for release date instead of postpone it) however the characters were even better than KOTOR1's characters, the story is the most darkest & deepest i've ever seen in a Star Wars story and ofcourse the gameplay was abit upgraded from the original KOTOR

Mass Effect - alot of people have said ME is the "Star Wars" of today's video games, the story is again well made by Bioware, gameplay is loads of fun, the universe you play in is very well made

Mass Effect 2 - "is this a movie or a game?" like KOTOR2, ME2 is again the more deeper & darker sequel. While ME2 feels alot more like a shooter than RPG compared to ME1, the story is still really good, cutscenes and dialog with other characters is superior to other games

Call of Duty (first one) - altho I havent touched this game for years its still one of the few multiplayer games that I played a long time, the gameplay was superior compared to other FPS games that existed during that time also its pretty fair to say Call of Duty was the game who brought Iron Sight's to FPS games wich you nowdays see in allmost every game.

Operation Flashpoint - While the game is really hard its still one of my all time faverutes, specially the Mission Editor was loads of fun and you could spend hours of building a mission, then playing it

Jedi Knight Jedi Academy - Best multiplayer game in my opinion, the community of JKA was really awesome, easy modding brought the game alot of new gameplay and it was more like a game where you would go on a server and just chill around instead of fighting all the time

World of Warcraft - eventho I pretty much hate the game nowdays it still deservers a mention on my top games list, before wrath of the lich king expansion the game was something completly diffrent and very good I might add, it had loads of stuff to do on endgame and it wasnt that easy, its pretty sad to see what blizzard has done to this game

Fallout 3 - if you like exploring this is a dream game for you, the world is huge and there is alot of stuff to explore, just pick a direction and go, also the gameplay is well made alltho this game does suffer from lots of bugs (and im not talking about those fire breathing giant ants) the main plot is pretty short and boring but sidequests, itemization & exploring makes this a awesome game

as for #10 its hard to really name 1 game above others so im just gona randomly spew few titles here: Dragon Age series, Mafia series, GTA series, Red Dead Redemption, NHL series, Gears of War series
