Kingdom Hearts (any at all), Silent Hill 2, and Sonic Colours. They're all so refreshingly different and good in their own stylistic way, and never fail to make me emotionally attached somehow. Music in its best form, truly.

The ones that immediately come to mind:

Panzer Dragoon Orta

The Darkness

Jet Set Radio Future

And an honourable mention to Diablo 2. Even Blizzard knows that was their peak...they seem to reuse the tracks in every game.

Really Escapist... REALLY! One and a half pages and NO SUPER MARIO GALAXY! Holy shit guys, I thought you were gamers!

The Escapist needs more Mario Galaxy love, especially when it comes to soundtrack threads. It's a fully orchestrated mario game for gods sake! I bet it's because it's on the Wii or something.

3. Blade Kitten had very addictive music, like the boss battle theme:

2. Lollipop Chainsaw had a great OST but even the non-label music was awesome:

1. Suikoden. Despite its age it still has fantastic music even today:

Not in any order but:

Pokemon

Advanced Wars

Bastion

No you're not getting the reasons why, since the why is screamingly obvious.

I'm surprised nobody's yet brought up Civ IV, or more specifically Baba Yetu, the theme track which remains the only video game piece to win a Grammy.
However, there are mentions aplenty of the god that is Nobuo Uematsu and the Final Fantasy soundtrack, as well as Yoko Shimomura's Kingdom Hearts. So good.

Really easy question OP.

1) Mass Effect (Series) All so good.

2) The Witcher 2, epic and awesome, plus soundtrack came free with the game!

3) Skyrim - especially the night theme (#7 I think).
