by this i mean an ending to a game that is just plain stupid and unappealing, or anything in a game that has bugged you and just made you think you wasted all your time.

MY choices

1. Reaching Level 80 in WoW
*yawn*

The ending to Viking: Battle for Asgard. It took me over a year to beat this game and when i finally defeat Hel and prevent her from releasing thornvik or whatever that thing was, the viking goes and does it himself.

Eh, WoW doesn't actually "end" when you hit level 80, you do realise that? What with all the raiding and PvPing to be done.

As for why you are on probation...well actually, I can't answer that but there's will undoubtedly be a reason for it...

1. Fallout 3 (It's good, but it took me a few months to get over my disappointment and play it all the way through)

2. Halo 1 + 2 (These are the revolutionary games? REALLY? 3 didn't let me down, as my expectations were really low)

3. Final Fantasy 7 (8 and 10 are still the best, imo)

1. Soul Caliber 4. I never had a soul caliber game and this had some good reviews. I got so bored of it quickly I didn't even unlock all the characters or play that tower thingy.

2. World of Warcraft - I thought it would be the ideal game for me. I love RPG's and grinding and all that stuff (big PSO fan). But I have tried on seperate occasions to get passed level 20 and I just get bored.

3. Eternal Sonata - Hoping for a game that would at least entertain me for a while. Just no. Although learning about Chopin was fun. It gets a bit dire when the only thing you remotly look forward to when completing a chapter is a bio on a composer.

That's just WoW for you. Even if you do reach the highest attainable level, there will always be somebody who can out-dps you. Those are the facts....

1. fallout 3-you die? what the hell kinda ending is that?
2. farcry 2- same as above.
3. halo series- while the games are quite godly, letting each game lead to the other with no explanation like what happened in between blew. (seeing as i read the books, thoughs, it wasnt as bad.)
