On retrospect it was an alright E3 but it just had no real surprises, even WiiU was largely known about.

1. bioshock infinite - loved 1 and 2 (even tho 2 was kinda weak) infinite looks amazing
2. mass effect 3 - i fucking love mass effect
3. skyrim - again it looks amazing
4. assasins creed: revelations - i love the assasins creed series brotherhood however annoyed me with nothing much new being added but this looks to make up for it
5. halo 4 - i love me some halo and im pretty excited (and worried) to see what 343 does with it

Ranked by degree of hype:
1 - Bioshock Infinite. Good lord, is that actual narrative and visual design I see?
1 - Mass Effect 3. Yes please. (No, that second number 1 is not a typo.)
3 - Skyrim... sort of. I'm not as hyped as most, but it does look alright.
4 - Nothing.
5 - Nothing.
It was mostly just a big pile of sequels and motion control shovelware. So the only games that got me excited were the sequels to the series that I happen to like.
EDIT: Oh yeah, Deus Ex: Human Revolution looks pretty good too. Although I didn't really count that as an "E3 game" since it was announced ages ago and is coming out pretty soon.

Though there are more games I'm looking forward to than those. In retrospect, it does seem that most of what was at E3 was sequels. I suppose we'll be seeing more new IPs once Sony and Microsoft launch there next consoles as well.
