1. Ed, Edd n' Eddy - I thought that the Ed trio had probably one of the best opening theme songs. It was simple, fun and the opening sequence was funny. What did Ed use Double-D for?!
i think it was cos his name was spelt Eddward, but im not sure to be honest!

Ed, Edd n' Eddy was totally awesome though!

mine are;
1. Ed, Edd n' Eddy - The Eds were my favourite childhood show! yaaay! =D

Hm... lets see:

1: Saber Rider: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=YXtQTzJKikg&feature=related
2: Ulysses 31: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OZ4c1X5ene8&feature=PlayList&p=2A9F61E13B16BA98&index=0&playnext=1
3: Captain Future http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kq-QBPATey0
4: Ren & Stimpy: http://de.truveo.com/Ren-Stimpy-Intro-German/id/241809310
5: Batman Beyond: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DVdTbiLku48

The problem is: Anime allowed? Technicaly it is a cartoon. If it is i have to cram in at least:

Cowboy Bebop: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nfwcbE7xej8
Hellsing: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oJfeCTyTqP8
Shin Hokuto no Ken: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IWG6KJdFlcI

Ah so much to choose from.

There is only one logical choice, The Detheme from Metalocalypse [http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kyZWnzI8a60&feature=related]! Warning: It's pretty fuckin brootal.

Other lesser themes include:

Spongebob Squarepants
Pinky and the Brain
Saturday Morning Watchmen (I think it should count)
Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles

The fact that this thread has gone this far without mention of the original Power Rangers theme is disheartening indeed.

Click, and be amazed.

Animaniacs, Pinky and The Brain, SWAT Kats, and Freakazoid (since when did Ctrl-Alt-Del give you superpowers?!) all share sort of a mutual second.

1. Rocko's Modern Life: So simple, yet so memorable. Both versions were great.

2. The Boondocks: the only rap song I ever truly loved. It actually has a meaning to it.

3. Mission Hill: I love the jazz feel of this song and just how simple the whole tune is. If I could download it, I totally would.

4. King of the Hill: Great guitar for an under appreciated show.

5. X-Men: It was sinister sounding, filled with actiony images, and everyone made their own lyrics to it. It really sucked me in.

1) Duck Tales - I took a psych course in college. When we talked about memory and the odd things we tend to retain, about 90% of the class remembered and was able to sing the theme from this show on the spot.
2) Spiderman (spins a web any size / catches thieves just like flies)
3) Tiny Toons
4) Rocko's Modern Life
5) Doug (simple, yes, but very memorable)
